Please designate which type of session you are requesting when you schedule your appointment so that I can best accommodate you. Clients are being asked to text me upon arriving for your appointment and to please wait in your vehicle until I unlock the office door to let you inside. I apologize, but in an effort to abide by social distancing guidelines we are not allowing clients to wait in the lobby at this time. You are welcome to wear a mask to your in-office sessions if you so choose. If you are exhibiting sore throat, cough, fever, chills, body aches, shortness of breath or loss of smell and/or taste, please do not schedule an in-office visit. At this time all insurance companies are covering teletherapy sessions and Blue Cross Blue Shield is waiving some policy holder's copays and covering teletherapy sessions at 100% until further notice. Please check with your insurance if you are unsure whether your teletherapy session will be covered at 100% or at the regular in-office rate.
